Granulators and Shredders

Cost efficiency can be improved by in-house granulation of sprues, runners and reject parts. The key to profitable plastics processing is uniformity. Conair/Rapid granulators are designed to convert waste plastic material into high quality granules suitable for in-plant re-processing. Conveyors

The modular construction of Conair's Moducon Series belt conveyors allows virtually any shape, length and width of conveyor to be produced. The incorporation of metal detectors, cooling fans or sprue separators make the Moducon Series ideal for the blow moulding and injection moulding industries for sprue and part removal and granulator feed. Unlimited lengths of belt and side panel may be added or removed at a later date should the application change.
